Sen. Tom Coburn has brought floor debate on health care to a halt.
Coburn was refused a request that any new amendment to the health care debate be available for 72 hours before it is voted on. Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., refused the request and Coburn invoked his right to demand that amendments be read on the floor first.
