We have disagreed on plenty over the years. That’s politics. But one conviction never wavered for either of us: a broken mind deserves the same care as a broken bone.
That shared belief led the two of us to do something Washington rarely manages — solve a big problem together. This is a good time to reinforce that healthcare above the neck should be treated like healthcare below the neck.
