Washington Examiner columnist Joe Concha slammed former Vice President Kamala Harris for her ”human Chernobyl” campaign Saturday, where she said Democrats feel “alone, hopeless, powerless.”

“She’s condescending in terms of the way she speaks to voters, as if they’re 12 years old,” Concha said on Fox Business’s Varney & Co. on Monday.
