A shooting occurred near the headquarters of Virginia’s Republican Party, with the Richmond Police Department holding a woman in custody after she allegedly shot a bystander through a window.
One woman was shot outside the building in Richmond and was swiftly taken inside and treated by first responders. No injuries among the on-site staff were reported, as the altercation was allegedly between two co-workers at a hair salon.
