The law firm of Democratic election attorney Marc Elias is involved in dozens of high-stakes legal battles this midterm election cycle, most recently mounting Alaska Senate Democratic nominee Mary Peltola’s election certification fight against the Justice Department.
According to Elias, his team, the Elias Law Group, is currently litigating 92 election-related cases across 42 states, in addition to Washington, D.C.
