Jimmy Kimmel used that fact to have some fun with people on his “Lie Witness News” segment.
An interviewer asks a woman, “This morning President Obama announced his nominee for Supreme Court justice. How do you think Whitey Bulger will do as a Supreme Court justice?”
She replies, “I hope he can make it. I just hope. I know that the Republicans are going to attack him, I’ve seen that this morning.”
