Vice President Mike Pence said he’s looking forward to debating Sen. Kamala Harris after she was announced as presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s running mate on Tuesday.

Pence congratulated Harris and said he will see her at the vice presidential debate in Salt Lake City on Oct. 7. He also made a few critiques about his opponent but said Biden’s pick didn’t come as a shock.
