Woman performs ‘lullaby’ that came to her before abortion

A video has emerged of a woman performing a “lullaby” she claimed came to her in a vision before she aborted her pregnancy.

The woman sang the song, an adaptation of the Beatles’ “I Will,” during a blessing ceremony organized by the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice in November at the Your Choice Healthcare clinic in Columbus, Ohio, according to LifeNews Wednesday.

“I remember in the clinic when I was waiting for the operation or the procedure, a song came to me in my head out of nowhere,” the woman told attendees, as captured by a video. “And it was a pretty little lullaby that came to me, and I just want to sing it to you. And I knew it was from the spirit of that saying, ‘It’s ok.'”

The woman, who was reportedly one of many speakers at the event, then broke out into song. Some of the lyrics included: “You know I love you still, Will I wait a lonely lifetime, If you want me to, I will.”

Anti-abortion advocates, including Created Equal president Mark Harrington, slammed the video.

“Watching this mother sing the lullaby to those gathered is haunting. This tune became the music of murder for one baby, and those assembled celebrated in hopes it would become the same for countless other children,” Mark Harrington told LifeNews.

The “blessing,” promoted as “Holy Ground: Blessing the Sacred Space of Decision,” was held at the conclusion of the global 40 Days for Life campaign, where anti-abortion advocates prayed outside of abortion clinics, LifeNews reported.
