A illegal immigrant wanted in the rape and sodomy of a girl in Centerville has been captured in Texas, according to Fairfax County Police. Salvador Portillo-Saravia, 29, remains in a Houston jail and awaits extradition to Virginia. Police said he raped the 8-year-old daughter of an acquaintance the day after Christmas and fled the state. Portillo-Saravia had been deported from the United States six years ago but illegally re-entered the country. U.S. Marshals deputies said Portillo-Saravia is originally from Honduras and has ties to the MS-13 gang in Northern Virginia. Scott McCabe
