Iran nuclear enrichment: Before and after

Obama administration officials quickly brushed off Iran’s assertion that it had a “right” to enrich uranium under the November 2013 interim nuclear deal. The insistence by Tehran that the deal recognized such a right was an inconvenient boost to opponents of the secret talks that led to it.

Now, under pressure to get some kind of permanent deal roughed out by the end of the month, the administration is changing its tune.
