‘Wreaking Ball’: Miley Cyrus takes over GMU to campaign for Clinton

Miley Cyrus has been outspoken about her hatred for Republican nominee Donald Trump in the past, but now she is officially hitting the campaign trail to help his opponent win young voters.

On Saturday, Cyrus made a surprise visit to George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. She knocked on students’ dorm room doors and encouraged them to volunteer and vote for Hillary Clinton on Nov. 8.

In true Miley fashion, the pop star was dressed up like an American flag and paraded down the hallways, banging on doors and taking selfies with students.

“As an advocate for LGBTQ rights, gender equality, and environmental issues, Cyrus will knock doors to speak to students about the high stakes in this election for millennial voters, laying out Clinton’s vision for an American that is stronger together,” said a press release from the Clinton campaign.

According to BuzzFeed, Cyrus spent two hours in one dorm room playing Call of Duty with several students. She told them she was a Bernie Sanders supporter at first, but now she can’t understand those who refuse to support Clinton.

“Someone told me that I don’t live in a reality,” Cyrus told students. “I think Hillary will make what today is the reality that we all want to live in.”

On Sunday morning, Cyrus posted another Clinton endorsement on her Instagram.
