“Manhattan Madam” Kristin Davis is expected to face the grand jury impaneled by special counsel Robert Mueller’s team of federal investigators in Washington on Friday, according to a report.
Davis met with special counsel investigators last Wednesday for an “informal” interview prior to providing grand jury testimony, her spokesperson told ABC News on Monday.
Davis told NBC News shortly after she was subpoenaed in July that she believed she was of interest to the Mueller Russia probe because of her close relationship with Roger Stone, a confidant of President Trump. Mueller is reported to be looking into Stone because he appeared to foreshadow the release of Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s emails before a WikiLeaks dump during the 2016 election campaign.

Stone released a statement on Friday claiming that Davis had no knowledge “about alleged Russian Collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration or any other impropriety related to the 2016 election which I thought was the subject of this probe.”
Davis was convicted in 2014 of running a high-end escort ring in New York City, claiming to have provided services to former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. Spitzer was forced to resign from his post in 2008 in the wake of a prostitution scandal.
