Baltimore County?s Office of Communications hired Angela Heffner, a government and public affairs manager for Comcast, officials confirmed Wednesday.
A 16-year Comcast veteran, Heffner will replace Sterling Clifford a one-time campaign spokesman for County Executive Jim Smith who resigned from the county to work for Baltimore City Mayor Sheila Dixon, officials said.
