Twitter CEO Elon Musk said he would step down as CEO of the company as soon as he finds “someone foolish enough to take the job.”
Musk made the quip in response to a poll asking if he should step down as head of Twitter, which he promised to follow the results of. With over 17.5 million votes, 57.5% of respondents voted in the affirmative, leaving Musk scrambling to decide whether to stay true to his word. Sticking true to his pledge, the Twitter head said he would abide by the results of the poll as soon as he finds a suitable replacement.
