President Joe Biden spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Wednesday morning, promising that the United States will provide Ukraine with an additional $500 million in “direct budgetary aid.” Zelensky also updated Biden on the status of Ukraine’s negotiations with Russia.
