RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Virginia is seeking public comment on using private-public partnerships to fund transportation projects throughout the state.

Gov. Bob. McDonnell’s office on Tuesday announced nearly two dozen projects that are up for discussion as viable for public-private partnerships.
