The Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office has filed administrative charges against fitness club Harbor Nautilus Inc. of Westminster for failing to renew its registration with the division, it announced Monday. The charges allege that the gym continued to sell memberships and charge unauthorized fees and failed to post required bonds. The charges seek the return of payments collected illegally and compliance with state regulations.
