Someone call the cops, there’s an officer with terrible dance moves on the (foot) loose.
The police department in Kansas City, Missouri, posted a video Monday of a police officer losing a dance-off with neighborhood children over the weekend.
“One of our residents sent this video to us on Facebook,” reads the description of the YouTube post. “He captured a KCPD officer displaying his ‘best’ moves in a dance-off with neighborhood children in the East Patrol Division on Aug. 10, 2014.”
The video has nearly half a million views and counting.
The Kansas City Police Department also took to its Facebook page to commend the resident for sending along the embarrassing video of the rhythmic cop.
“We love this video one of our followers shot last night of an East Patrol officer losing a dance-off to neighborhood kids,” explains the post. “Thanks @Vu Nguyen for sending! Maybe we’ll start including dancing as a course at the Academy, because it sure looks like we could use it.”
One Facebook commenter reacted perfectly to the post, writing, “Yes, I love the community involvement but he should be arrested!”
