President Trump is reportedly considering former Godfather’s Pizza chief executive Herman Cain for a seat on the Federal Reserve Board.

Cain, who ran for president as a Republican in the 2012 election, was at the White House on Wednesday, Bloomberg reported Thursday.

There are currently two seats open on the board, but he is also being considered for other roles in the administration.

Cain has previous experience in the banking system. He served as director, deputy chairman, and chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City from 1992 to 1996.

Cain ended his White House bid in 2011 after allegations of sexual harassment and infidelity. The former pizza company executive called the allegations false, though admitted to making “mistakes in my life.”

His “9-9-9” tax reform plan became a centerpiece of his short-lived campaign. The proposal called for a flat 9 percent business and income taxes and a 9 percent sales tax.
