Man charged with murder in Fairfax County

A Fairfax County man has been arrested for his acquaintance’s homicide, police said.

Manuel F. Garces, 30, is charged with murder. He turned himself in through the help of his family at about 10 p.m. Sunday, Fairfax County police spokesman Officer Eddy Azcarate said.
