W.Va. State Law Library offering tax help

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Free tax preparation is available for West Virginia wage-earners who meet certain income limits.

The West Virginia State Law Library is offering the tax assistance for residents who earn less than $49,000. The program is limited to the preparation and electronic filing of simple tax returns
