MOUNT VERNON, Ind. (AP) — An energy company expects to resume production this summer at an ethanol plant along the Ohio River that was shut down two years ago by its previous owner.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced Tuesday it was offering San Antonio-based Valero Renewable Fuels up to $600,000 in tax credits based on its plans to hire about 60 workers for the Mount Vernon plant.
