Baltimore-based Internet marketing and creative services firm Round2 Communications has joined with Columbia-based Internet software development company Business Intelligent Force (Bi4ce), a release stated. The merger will combine Round2?s Web site development offerings with Bi4ce?s Web services technologies. The resulting company will operate as two separate departments, the technology division and the communications division. The technology division will provide software products and services, while the communications division will continue to provide the same brand of creative services, targeted marketing and online media development.
