Police have identified the officers involved in a Friday morning bank robbery in which the robber took a teller hostage before he was shot by police.
Three Takoma Park and three Prince George’s County officers fired at the suspect after he apparently tripped over snow and ice. The suspect, whose name has not been released because his family has not been notified, was carrying a 9 mm handgun but did not fire.
