Grover Norquist: Hillary Clinton, Obamacare’s Gruber are top taxpayer foes

The nation’s top tax-fighter, Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, has named Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber, who slammed Americans as “stupid” for mindlessly going along with the president’s health reform, his top newsmaker of the year.

And Hillary Clinton got a special place for saying, “Don’t let anybody tell you that, you know, it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs.”

Issuing its “Naughty and Nice List for 2014,” ATR picked Gruber “for highlighting the deception of Obamacare.”

He also puts notable taxers, including 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley and former IRS executive Lois Lerner, on his list.

The NICE:

° Jonathan Gruber for “highlighting the deception of Obamacare.”

° Govs. Martin O’Malley, Pat Quinn, Deval Patrick and Tom Corbett for “showing how politically toxic tax hikes are.”

° Congressman-elect French Hill, “Arkansas coalition leader elected to Congress.”

° Mark Cuban for “opposing Net Neutrality.”

° Hungarian citizens for “successfully protesting Internet access taxes.”

° House Speaker John Boehner for “keeping Internet taxes off the House floor.”

NAUGHTY:

° Hillary Clinton for saying, “Don’t let anybody tell you that, you know, it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs.”

° Former IRS worker Lois Lerner for her missing emails in the Tea Party scandal.

° United Auto Workers union for targeting an ATR intern.

° Ohio Gov. John Kasich for “pushing higher taxes on everything from natural gas to E-cigs.”
