Manekin LLC, a commercial real estate and residential land developer from Columbia, announced it negotiated the sale of the property at 10100 Old Columbia Road for $6.5 million.
Formerly the GTS Duratek headquarters, the two-story, 35,000-square-foot building occupies a valued location near Route 32. Fiducial, a worldwide finance company, is relocating from the Columbia Town Center to become the property?s sole occupant.
