Why is every music star voicing support for Hillary Clinton?

Hillary Clinton has been receiving a lot of love from Hollywood, but none have been more loudly singing their support for the Democratic presidential candidate than the music stars.

Since Hillary unveiled her campaign for the White House on April 12, several celebrity crooners have voiced their support for the former secretary of State, including:

1) Rapper Waka Flocka Flame

The Atlanta rap star told MTV News in an interview that he will vote for Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. His reasoning? “Woman can do the same s–t men can do,” Waka Flocka explained.

2) Rapper Ja Rule

Asked to name his 2016 candidate, Ja Rule explained to Fox Business in an interview, “I like Hillary … But, you know, it’s crazy because I think Jeb [Bush] is a good candidate as well. I’m a Democrat, so I would vote for Hillary.”

3) R&B singer Ne-Yo

This music star labeled Hillary “a favorite of mine” during a conversation with The Hill, adding, “I’m looking forward to seeing what happens with her.”

Ne-Yo even said Clinton might inspire one of his songs, and that he could title it “Superwoman.”

4) “American Idol” singer Kelly Clarkson

The songstress revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone that she is a “fan of Hillary,” according to Washington Post reporter Hunter Schwarz. Clarkson also called the Democratic candidate a “bada–.”

5) “Queen Bey” Beyonce

The pop star was spotted rubbing elbows with the former secretary of State at a Clinton fundraiser in New York City Wednesday night.

6) Singer Meghan Trainor

Trainor also attended the same fundraiser as Beyonce. The event was held at the residence of Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid.

7) James Taylor

The pop icon gave an interview to the Associated Press Wednesday during which he praised President Obama and expressed his excitement for Hillary Clinton.

“Aside from the fact that she’s a woman running, she’s the right person,” Taylor said of Clinton.

So what is it that attracts music stars to Hillary Clinton?

Could it be that they merely want to give her vocal lessons? After all, Clinton admitted to Rosie O’Donnell in 1997 that she “can’t carry a tune.” When she attempted to sing, it was clear she was telling the truth.

Hollywood might be able to thicken her pocketbook, but from the sound of it, Hillary’s voice is pretty much a lost cause. But that hasn’t stopped her from winning a Grammy — though it was awarded to her in 1996 for the audio recording of her book “It Takes a Village.”

Maybe Hillary is secretly a pop star. Just look at the way she holds that Grammy Award:
