Woman arrested in Dupont Circle hit-and-run

D.C. police have arrested a 30-year-old woman in the hit-and-run killing of a woman who was celebrating her 24th birthday in Dupont Circle.

Police said Jorida Davidson, of Friendship Heights, will be arraigned Friday on a charge of  involuntary manslaughter for the death of Kiela Marie Ryan.
