Celebrity couple Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman were spotted at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown on Tuesday. They were in town for Wednesday night’s Angels in Adoption gala at the Ronald Reagan Building. Perlman was to be honored for championing improvements in foster care. Also attending the gala: Broadway actress and former “West Wing” cast member Kristin Chenoweth.
