Girdusky: Protestors should respect fellow millennials who voted for Trump [VIDEO]

Young people across the country have taken to the streets to protest President-elect Donald Trump’s victory, claiming that he doesn’t stand for them.

For millions of millennials, however, he does stand for them. Red Alert Politics‘ Ryan Girdusky explained on Fox Business Network’s Making Money with Charles Payne on Monday that despite the media’s claim and several bad polls that young people were over the moon for Clinton, the Republican nominee did excite enough Gen-Y voters to win the White House.

“The most important point is that Donald Trump won a large portion of millennials,” Girdusky said. “In Florida, he won 25 to 29-year-olds, in Wisconsin, he won 18 to 24-year-olds, and he won a group of 30 to 35-year-olds. Their vote should matter just as much as your vote against him, and it’s very disrespectful not just to Donald Trump but to your fellow American, whose voice does matter.”

According to CNN exit polls: Trump won 18-24-year-olds in Missouri, Minnesota, and Wisconsin; 25-29-year-olds in Florida, Indiana, and Iowa; 30-35-year-olds in Maine, Michigan, and Ohio; and all millennials in Kentucky, Utah, and South Carolina.

“Elections are not tee-ball — there’s no participation trophy,” Girdusky continued and blamed the media for raising tensions and anxiety nationwide.
