HOUSTON (AP) — Three people have been arrested after a package containing heroin and other drugs was delivered to the wrong Houston-area address and the resident notified authorities.
Harris County sheriff’s officials said Wednesday the FedEx package was delivered to a home near the intended address. The package also contained cocaine and methamphetamine.
