Eric Felten hosts The Weekly Standard Confab, where the writers and editors of The Weekly Standard get together to talk about what’s in the pages of the nation’s preeminent conservative magazine, from politics, policy, and international affairs, to arts and culture. Hear about what’s in the news, and about whatever else may be on our minds.
This week on the Confab, Eric talks with Fred Barnes about the Trump campaign’s general election strategy. Terry Eastland talks about how Senate Republicans have managed to stay united in opposition to holding confirmation hearings for President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee. And Matt Labash paints a portrait of Trump at his Trumpiest.
