We hear that Food Network chefs Aarón Sanchez and Roger Mooking are currently in town filming at the Eastern Market hot dog joint DC-3. Sanchez and Mooking are the hosts of the show “Heat Seekers” and travel around the country looking for America’s spiciest foods. At DC-3 they’ll be trying a D.C. Hot Half Smoke and a super hot Bulgogi dog, which gets some of its spice from Sriracha sauce.
