The Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference, the athletic body housing teams from both Harford and Cecil counties, will host a championship in both softball and baseball on Wednesday at Thomas Run Park on the campus of Harford Community College.
The softball championship, which will begin at 3:30 p.m., pits Chesapeake Division champ and defending conference champion C. Milton Wright (17-1) against Susquehanna Division champs Harford Tech (13-4), according to a release from UCBAC commissioner Bob Slagle.
The baseball championship will be played at the same time just a short foul ball away, with Chesapeake champions North East (16-4) of Cecil County facing Susquehanna winners Harford Tech (11-5).
