ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — Police say a Rochester teenager is expected to recover after he was chased down by other youths and stabbed on a downtown street.

Authorities tell local media that the 13-year-old boy was attacked Thursday morning by a group that also hit him with a rock before stealing his belongings after a foot chase.
