Hillary Clinton tests positive for COVID-19

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced Tuesday evening that she has tested positive for COVID-19.

“I’ve got some mild cold symptoms but am feeling fine,” Clinton said in a statement posted to Twitter, adding that she was “grateful” for the protection provided by the COVID-19 vaccines.

“Please get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already,” Clinton said.

Clinton said in another tweet that her husband, former President Bill Clinton, had “tested negative and is feeling fine.”
