Alec Baldwin took his Emmy-awarding winning Trump-knocking to the fall gala for the Iowa Democratic Party Monday night where he joked he was a professor at Trump University.
“Congratulations you have all passed the two stringent requirements for matriculation at Trump University,” Baldwin joked. “One your checks have been made out to Donald Trump personally and two those checks have cleared.”
The actor also took a dig at EPA head Scott Pruitt and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, joking that they will both be teaching courses at Trump University.
“Jeff Sessions will be teaching a class. He just can’t remember which one,” Baldwin snarked.
After taking a few stabs at the current administration, he asked the Iowa Democrats to “come together” to get over party infighting and win the upcoming gubernatorial election, according to a report from the Associated Press.
Before closing out, the comedian took one last swipe at the president, saying the U.S. needs to “send Trump to a retirement home in Moscow where he belongs” and “make America America again.”
Baldwin has been an outspoken Democrat for years, but he has recently made waves during the Trump administration for his impersonations on Saturday Night Live.
