It’s becoming a Palin family tradition.
For the last two years on Father’s Day, a Palin has publicly neglected to wish Levi Johnston well on the holiday. This year, Bristol Palin took to her Facebook account to applaud her own dad’s parenting skills. “I’ve got such an awesome dad, and Tripp‘s so lucky to have an amazing Papa! Happy Father’s day to all the hard working dads!” she posted Sunday night. (Papa is Todd Palin, not Johnston, to be clear).
Last year it was her mama grizzly, Sarah Palin, who blew off Johnston. “Happy Father’s Day, Todd! Chuck! Jim! Bob! Thanks for working so hard, loving unconditionally, supporting always. We’re baking you a cake,” the former Alaska governor Tweeted at the time.
And it’s no wonder. Bristol’s upcoming memoir “Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far” paints Johnston as a serial cheater who used his fame in ways that appalled the 20-year-old “Dancing with the Stars” finalist, according to the Associated Press. The book will be released Friday.
