Maryland and West Virginia transportation officials are warning motorist to avoid Interstate 68 today as a hazardous material spill has shut down the highway.
The crash occurred in Morganstown, W.Va. about 5 a.m. today. Though police and emergency workers are on the scene, it is unclear when the highway would re-open. The crash happened about 20 miles from the Maryland state line.
