A Florida couple has little to be thankful for after being arrested for allegedly having sex outside a theater in front of a 12-year-old child on Thanksgiving Day.
Susan Roscillo, 70, and 60-year-old Robert Kellogg each face a felony charge of lewd or lascivious behavior after authorities say they engaged in the holiday rendezvous on a sidewalk outside the Capitol Theatre in Clearwater.
The duo, who are homeless, are being held on $10,000 bond and were allegedly intoxicated during the encounter.
Roscillo was spotted by a minor without her pants engaging in sexual activity with Kellogg. Police said that Kellogg admitted to the sex, but Roscillo was uncooperative and screamed that she wanted a lawyer.
Roscillo was convicted earlier this month for drinking flavored Bud Light in public. Kellogg also has a criminal history, which includes offenses ranging from carrying an open container to attacking a police officer and panhandling.
