Permits issued for Frederick County incinerator

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — Maryland environmental officials have issued permits for a proposed incinerator in Frederick County.

The permits from the state Department of the Environment became effective Friday and cover soil, water and air emissions for the planned waste-to-energy incinerator.
