Chelsea Clinton talked about how hard it is to be a famous person on social media when she joined Jimmy Kimmel on his show Monday night.
In particular, Clinton said she worries about her daughter Charlotte, who was born last September, growing up in the age of Twitter and Facebook.
“It’s something I definitely worry about now with Charlotte and I think that’s probably true for all parents,” Clinton elaborated. “And, I think it’s so crucial that kids are able to write their own stories, and when there’s so much social media, there are other people that are already trying to tell their stories.”
Of course, this “worry” is probably not so severe for those Americans who are not constantly thrust into the public eye as are the Clintons. Nevertheless, Chelsea labeled it a “really common concern.”
