Police probe fatal shooting in Reston

Officers found a man who had suffered trauma to his upper body.</p> <p>The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.</p> <p>Police said three suspects are believed to be involved in the shooting, but investigators are still determining the relationship between them and the victim. Authorities don’t believe the shooting was random.</p>
