Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton clashed Monday evening in a high-stakes debate that pitted one candidate known for his freewheeling off-the-cuff style against another who famously over-prepares.
“Examining Politics,” the Washington Examiner‘s podcast, broke down the first presidential debate, featuring interviews with media trainer Beverly Hallberg, who discussed how Clinton and Trump looked and sounded; and Phil Klein, who called in from Hofstra University in New York, the site of the debate, to report on how things looked and sounded on the ground.
