Jose Andres shut down his Minibar over the summer due to stuff traveling, and last week, it was reported that the re-opening of the eatery had been pushed back to late October. DC Eater reported on Monday that the restaurant would start taking reservations again on Sept. 23. Andres and his team are said to have been revamping the look and menu of the place.
