Dean: Health bill a joke, I’ll support Obama’s re-elect, but ‘not vigorously’

Former DNC Chairman and Vermont Gov. Howard Dean was on Morning Joe moments ago, trashing the health care bill currently before the Senate and using the words “not vigorously” to describe his support for President Obama’s 2012 re-elect:

I’m going to support President Obama when he runs for re-election. Not vigorously. I’m going to vote for him.”

Host Joe Scarborough heard it too, and Dean did not contradict him when he repeated the words back to him.
