Arkansas police were “upset” after they pulled a vehicle over and discovered a box of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies contained drugs instead of the snack food.
Officers from Johnson County Sheriff’s Office discovered the narcotics hidden in a box of Pies during a traffic stop violation, according to a Facebook statement on Tuesday. After officers found a meth pipe in the vehicle, the driver fled on foot while the passenger attempted to hide a bag of pills, the post said.
“Some things are just too pure and holy to mess with,” the sheriff’s office wrote in the statement. “At the sheriff’s office, we consider Little Debbie snack food to be one of those things!”

The officers received support from additional units, including a K-9 unit. An investigation of the vehicle uncovered 100 grams of methamphetamine, roughly 150 Xanax pills, and half a pound of marijuana, according to the statement from the sheriff’s office.
“Much of the illegal narcotics were found concealed inside an Oatmeal Creme Pie box,” the sheriff’s office said. “As cops, we can’t begin to tell you how much that upset us! Snack food is our life.”
Additionally, officers discovered a worn-out handgun with the serial numbers scratched off. The officers believe the gun was stolen, according to the sheriff’s office statement.
“Keelo,” the K-9, tracked down the driver, who had fled the scene into nearby woods. It was later discovered both the driver and the passenger were felons from Oklahoma. The passenger had a felony warrant out for her arrest for vehicle theft, according to the Facebook statement from the sheriff’s office.

The driver and passenger were each charged with seven felonies and a handful of misdemeanors, according to the sheriff’s office.
“We would encourage you to contact your state representatives to have them consider a bill which would make the abuse of any beloved snack food a felony too,” the post concluded.
