DINING OUT, HOLIDAY STYLE
Many restaurants are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but several top chefs are making an exception for those of you looking for a stress-free, home-cooked meal that will impress your holiday guests. Executive chef Sebastien Archambault and chef de cuisine John Melfi over at the exceptional Blue Duck Tavern (201 24th St. NW) will be offering a three-course brunch on Christmas Day with special holiday entrees. Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca (1100 New York Ave. NW), hailed as one of the “Best New Restaurants in America” by Esquire magazine, is cooking up a traditional Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, and at French oasis Bistro Vivant (1394 Chain Bridge Road, McLean) guests can enjoy a three-course, prix fixe holiday menu showcasing muscovy duck and lamb chops.
