Kraft Foods Inc. on Thursday named the board members of its two future independent companies as it reported its second-quarter financial results. It plans to spin-off its North American grocery business on Oct. 1, which will be named Kraft Foods Group Inc. Its international snacks business will be known as Mondelez Inc.
