At a Glance: Kraft board

Kraft Foods Inc. on Thursday named the board members of its two future independent companies as it reported its second-quarter financial results. It plans to spin-off its North American grocery business on Oct. 1, which will be named Kraft Foods Group Inc. Its international snacks business will be known as Mondelez Inc.

Stephen Bollenbach – Former CEO of Hilton Hotels Corp.

Lewis Booth – Former executive at Ford Motor Co.

Lois Juliber – Current Kraft director, former Colgate-Palmolive Co. executive

Mark Ketchum – Current Kraft director, former CEO of Newell Rubbermaid Inc.

Jorge Mesquita – Current Kraft director, Proctor & Gamble Co. executive

Fredric Reynolds – Current Kraft director, former CBS Corp. executive

Ruth Simmons – President emerita of Brown University

Jean-Francois van Boxmeer – Current Kraft director, CEO of Heineken N.V.

Tony Vernon – Currently executive vice president and president of Kraft, future CEO of Kraft Foods Group

John Cahill – Executive chairman of the Kraft Foods Group
