Katie Couric’s new talk show — the aptly titled “Katie” — will premiere on Sept. 10. And she is already lining up some big guests. The first episode will feature Jessica Simpson, in her first TV apperance since the birth of her daughter. The next show Couric will host Aimee Copeland, the Georgia girl battling flesh eating bacteria. Other guests who will be appearing during the fall include Barbra Streisand, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Susan Sarandon, Chelsea Handler, Sofia Vergara, “50 Shades of Grey” author E L James, Demi Lovato and Sharon and Lexie Love, the mother and sister of Yeardley Love, who was slain by George Hugley at the University of Virginia two years ago.
